REGULAR BUSINESS:
1. SUBJECT: Consideration and Necessary Action on adoption of Resolution 2025-XX, authorizing the Acquisition of APN 355-021-24S & 355-021-415 Through Auction. PRESENTED BY JAVIER ANDRADE, CITY ENGINEER.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a Resolution 2025-XX, Authorizing the Engineer to acquire a portion of the property at APN 355-021-24S & 355-021-415 through Auction at a cost lower than land value to construct pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

RESOLUTION NO. 2025-—
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PARLIER CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF APN 355-021-24S & 355-021-41s THROUGH AUCTION WHEREAS, the City has a need to acquire right of way to build the previously grant awarded trail along the old railway spur.
WHEREAS, the properties will be auctioned in Fresno County auction and the city has the need to acquire those parcels for the purposes of a future trail NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
We, the City Council of the City of Parlier:
1. Authorize the City Engineer to acquire a portion of the property at APN 355-021-24S & 355-021- 41S through Auction at a cost lower than land value to construct pedestrian and bicycle facilities. ******************
The foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a Special Council meeting of the City Council of the City of Parlier held on the 26"' day of March 2025, by the following vote to wit:
