1. SUBJECT: Request for Authorization to Hire a Consulting Firm for City Attorney Recruitment and adopt Resolution No. 2025-XX Authorizing the Acting City Manager to Hire a Consulting Firm to Conduct the Recruitment for a City Attorney.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council approve the hiring of a professional consulting firm to conduct the recruitment process for a new City Attorney for the City of Parlier.
The consulting firm will be tasked with managing the search, recruitment, and selection process to identify the most qualified candidates for the position.
