The West Pasadena Residents’ Association SUPPORTS the Department of Transportation’s recommendations for updating the City’s Local Mobility Analysis and appreciates the staff and consultant work and the community involvement that moved this important effort forward with support from a wide variety of community organizations.
The new LMA process will provide much more granular analysis of the effects of development on our city and its neighborhoods and transportation systems.
WPRA would like to ask the Committee to incorporate the following in its recommendations:
Specify that all of the LLG consultant recommendations are incorporated in the LMA update in their entirety. Provide a draft of the Department’s update of the 2015 Transportation Impact Analysis Current Practice and Guidelines for public review at least two weeks prior to its adoption.
