Gentlemen:
My name is Alice Birkestrand and I live two houses up the street from the project. I have lived in my house for close to 40 years. I love the neighborhood and know most of my neighbors. I have had the opportunity to look at the design and strongly feel that the new project is thoughtfully designed for its hillside location, and most importantly, it will improve the neighborhood, increase property values, add to the character and rich history of the local architecture, protect views, and limit impact to the environment.
I am in full support of the project and strongly recommend approval.
