Please be advised that, at this time, the City of Pasadena is choosing to exercise its option under paragraph 7.15 of Labor and Materials Contract No. 31948 between the City of Pasadena and Civic Construction Associates to terminate this contract, effective February 23, 2022 (15 calendar days after date of this notice as per contract documents). Please submit all invoices for work performed up to and including February 23, 2022 in accordance with the terms of the contract no later than February 28, 2022.
