Hope you've been well. I am unable to commit to the duties of the HPC commissioner anymore. My work schedule has picked up and I am travelling most weeks now so it will be hard for me to make the commissioner meetings and free up the time to attend.

Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer Gregg Goldman is leaving UCLA and as such will be stepping down from his service on the Rose Bowl Operating Company Board of Directors for UCLA. I am grateful for Vice Chancellor Goldman's services to the Board.
I am appointing Assistant Vice Chancellor Peter Angelis, UCLA Housing & Hospitality, to a four- year term as UCLA's new representative to the Rose Bowl Operating Company Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2022.
Assistant Vice Chancellor Angelis oversees our extensive student, faculty, and staff housing program, operates three hotels and three conference centers, and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. The food service program that he oversees is recognized as the top in the country for Universities. He has been responsible for new construction, renovations, and acquisitions of housing and hospitality facilities and is a strong leader who has built an impressive organization with annual revenues approaching $400 million. I am confident that his experience will be beneficial to you and the Board.
