Dear All,
I am writing regarding Ordinances, Items 13 and 14 on the Agenda. I would like my city council members to do everything postnl to remove red tape and hasten the process of splitting urban lots and adding additional dwellings in single family zones.
I am a proud Pasadena resident, but will never be able to buy a home here given the current lack of housing supply. Please do everything possible to change this! I know my situation is not unique.
Please do not allow historical or landmark districts to be made simply to avoid the state's direction on adding units to address housing supply. Only allow them if they are truly legitimate.
