As a resident of Pasadena I am appalled that the City is trying to sneak agenda number 5 on consent through City Council without every discussing it publicly. By the city's own admission the residents of Castle Green have received an UNDOCUMENTED discount for almost 40 years and that's not enough????? While just raising prices in all City Garages that they claim have no money and are in need of desperate repairs they now are giving a HUGE discount to 60-100 WHITE MILLIONAIRES that have, by the City's own admission, been given an even larger discount over the last 40 years! I can only imagine how much of the saved money will be flowing into Council Member Madison's and Mayor Gordo's re-election coffers for next election. This REEKS of corruption, and I hope that this item can be discussed and the City Council can explain why 60-100 WHITE MILLIONAIRES are getting HUGE discounts when they just recently cryed poor.
