2 I suggest further clarification is warranted before
expending over $700,000 for the ROSE PALACE location
while the library which is over 130 years old is CLOSED for EARTHQUAKE RETROFIT--and is very concerning. I hope
CITY leadership has answers to questions such as is this permanent or temporary $700,000, etc.
