Dear Mayor Gordo and the rest of the city council,
The time for the city council and its commissions to resume their meeting in person and have the public inside the chamber.
With the Covid-19 cases falling to "low" under CDC guidelines, it is time for the public to allowed back in the chamber during city council meetings.
During the special meeting to appoint the replacement of M. John Kennedy, the following members of the council where in the chambers;
Mayor Gordo, Vice Mayor Wilson, council member William, council member Masuda, council member Rivas, council member Madison and newly appointed council member Jones.
The only council member who was not in chambers but participated via Zoom was council member Hampton.
Please vote No on this item and allow the public back inside city hall to participate in the city council.
