Please let the STAG meet, starting immediately.
A number of community members responded to the call for volunteers to join the STAG in good faith, following the procedure identified by PWP. Now, at a date AFTER the STAG was to begin their work, PWP is asking to revisit the process. The optics of this are not great.
Please ask the STAG to begin meeting immediately, so that they can contribute to the IRP process, as intended.
