RECOMMENDATION
:
It is
recommended that the City Council:
(1)
Find that the proposed action is not a project subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in Section 21065 and Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines and, as such, no environmental document pursuant to
CEQA is required for the project; and
(2)
Adopt a resolution accepting the “Certificate of the Canvass of the Election Returns” (Exhibit A to the resolution) as prepared and certified by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk for the Pasadena General Municipal
Election, consolidated with the Statewide General Election held on November 8, 2022
resulting in
the passage of Measure L and Measure H amending the Pasadena City Charter.
