The City needs to do more to inform Pasadena residents about Measure Hand the rent rollback. There are too many people calling the Pasadena Tenants Union and they don't have capacity to call everyone back and tell them about One person said they called the city and the city told them to call the tenants union just to ask if the rent rollback was in place.
This is unacceptable.. the tenants union are all volunteers and shouldn't be doing the city's job for them.
