ATTACHMENT B
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
The applicant or successor in interest shall meet the following conditions:
General
1. This approval shall exclude 282 N. Los Robles Avenue from the Fuller Theological Master Plan, adopted by the City Council in November 2006. No other changes to the Fuller Theological Master Plan will result from this action and all other applicable conditions of approval will remain.
2. This approval shall exclude 282 N. Los Robles Avenue from Development Agreement No. 19378, an agreement between the City of Pasadena and Fuller Theological Seminary, dated April 30, 2007. No other changes to Development Agre ement No. 19378 will result from this action.
3. The right granted under this application must be enacted within 36 months from the effective date of approval. It shall expire and become void, unless an extension of time is approved in compliance with Zonin g Code Section 17.64.040.C (Time Limits and Extensions, Extensions of Time).
4. The applicant or the successor in interest, shall consolidate parcels 5723 -005-029 (270 N. Los Robles Avenue) and 5723 -005-044 (282 N. Los Robles Avenue).
Recordation of the lot consolidation shall occur prior to building permit issuance.
