My name is Jill Shook and I support the nomination of Jasmin Shupper to the 710 Stub Working Group. Ms.

Shupper brings a breadth of knowledge that would make her an asset to the working group. Her experience in real estate finance and development, her work in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, and her founding of Greenline Housing Foundation, which is a model of restorative justice that addresses historic housing disparities, make her a perfect fit for the complexities of the working group. Ms. Shupper's age (39) will also diversify the current list of appointees where the average age is 60 years old. I have worked closely with Jasmin in teaching a course on housing justice and racial reconciliation and know her well enough to wholeheartedly support her.

She is well qualified. She was part of the West Pasadena Residents Association and later she and her husband and two children moved to the other side of Pasadena. She knows our city well.
