The Pasadena Way is to make the process as important as the product. The 710 Working Group needs to focus on listening and transparency. Not everyone will get everything they want in the final Plan but no one should fee! they weren't allowed to express their ideas and that they were considered equally.
Technical experts from City staff and consultants will be available to form the final Plan. The Working Group needs to guide their work so it is true to Pasadena values and meets Pasadena quality How would you help achieve these goals? What qualities would you bring? Each of the positions I have held required bringing together diverse groups to develop recommendations. I am comfortable working with a wide variety of diverse Pasadena communities. I believe I am a good collaborator.
Additionally, I am familiar with state and local regulations and rules as well the processes within Pasadena City Hall. This would be valuable in bringing the City Council a workable recommendation, @-CITY OF PASADENA
