Dear Mayor Gordo and Pasadena City Council,
The Board of Directors of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and Civic AssociaƟon fully supports passage of Agenda Item 23 that will allow for extension of previously granted enƟtlements for development.
We are all aware of the negaƟve effects the pandemic and ensuing economic uncertainty have had on the ability to finance and build in Pasadena and elsewhere.
Passage of Agenda Item 23 will allow for previously approved projects to conƟnue in Pasadena and support our economy in the future.
There are no adverse effects as the projects have met all required standards and completed all necessary steps in the approval process.
