The Community Police Oversight Commision's Cell Site Simulator Use Policy recommendations does not appear in agenda item 8 packet.
Also, why is the cell site simulator purchase skipping the Public Safety Committee, where the use policy and resolution can be reviewed and discussed prior to going before the full City Council? Thanks,

I am writing in regard to item number 8 on the agenda for tonight's meeting. I oppose the City's purchase of the cellular site simulator for the Pasadena Police Department. The cellular site simulator devices are an invasion of privacy.
