Good morning- The question I am getting from other residents, is where is this money going to come from? Is it going to increase costs to our already high bills? Seems like you are getting ahead of yourselves on this without really knowing how this will affect residents. Even Pasadena Now hasn't said as much https://www.pasadenanow.com/main/pasadena-water-and-power-seeks-approval-for-20-year-500-million-solar energy-contract. If in fact this will increase our electricity bill, are you in the right to be doing this? I think the public needs more information. Thank you, Erika Foy
