To facilitate public participation at this special meeting, the City will accept public comment at the meeting from members of the public attending in-person:
1. In-person Meeting Participation: Complete an online speaker card at the following website: www.cityofpasadena.net/city-clerk/public-comment Or submit a speak card at the meeting to the Sergeant At Arms located at the staff table to the right of dais.
Members of the public must attend the meeting in-person to provide live public comment by coming to the Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E. Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91101, Rooms 101-105 at the date and start-time posted for the meeting. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m.
2. Speaker Card Help Line: If a public comment speaker needs assistance in completing a speaker card, please call the City Clerk’s Office at: (626) 744-4124.
Help line will open 30 minutes prior to the posted start time of the meeting.
3. Members of the public may submit correspondence of any length prior to the start of the meeting, at the following email address:
Correspondence will be forwarded to the City Council prior to the start of the meeting, posted online, and made part of the legislative record for the item.
No Virtual Meeting Participation: For this special meeting, there will be no virtual meeting participation. A live “view-only” feed of the meeting will still be broadcast via Zoom, which members of the public may access by connecting to the meeting using a computer, other electronic device, or by telephone.
