A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA
ESTABLISHING ASSIGNMENT PREMIUM PAY FOR THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT (C) ASSIGNED TO THE CITY MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following new assignment premium pay is established under the Non-Represented Management Salary Resolution effective March 25, 2024:
Assignment Premium Pay
A Senior Executive Assistant (C), when assigned to work for the City Manager, shall receive assignment premium pay of 7% of base pay.
