Dear Council Members,
As an almost twenty year resident of the City, I urge you to postpone the Cost of Service Study until the Optimized Strategic Plan is completed.

Placing the proverbial cart before the horse is neither efficient nor cost-effective. It is critical that the Cost of Service Study examine the cost of the City's transition to fossil-free power before making recommendations.

Thank you,
Wes Reutimann

City Councilmembers, My name is Robin Newquist, I am a resident of district 6, and I urge you to postpone the Costof Service Study until after the conclusion of the Optimized Strategic Plan to ensure the Cost of Service Study takes into account the true cost of the plan to get to 100% carbon free electricity by 2030 and avoids redundancy.

Our home overlooks the Glenarm Campus. We feel a special affinity toward PWPand are doing all we can think of to become carbon zero: electric car and we pay extra for wind powered energy.

Please postpone the study until after completion of the OSP.

Thankyouforyour consideration, Robin Nequist
