Dear City Councilmembers,
As a property owner in Playhouse Village, I am writing in support of staff recommendation for item 3 on today's MSC agenda. I have been active with the process undertaken by the Playhouse Village Association to assess parking options in this area. Working with the Transportation Department and the parking consultants, I have come to believe that installing meters that can be flexible and utilize the latest technology and adopting a comprehensive parking program will benefit Playhouse Village. While it may not make everyone happy initially, I think it is the best solution and ultimately will enhance economic vitality in Playhouse Village.
