Dear City Councilmembers,
My name is Sam Miyamoto, and I am a neighboring resident within Los Angeles County. As a nearby Pasadena neighbor, I find it imperative to support the postponing of the Cost of Service Study until after the conclusion of the Optimized Strategic Plan to ensure the Cost of Service Study both:
1) takes into account the true cost of the plan to get to 100% carbon-free electricity by 2030 2) avoids redundant efforts
