Dear Municipal Service Committee Members:

I live in District 7 here in Pasadena. Please vote for Agenda Items 2 and 3 in order to achieve the goal of Resolution 9977 which will create 100% carbon free electricity by 2030. I know this is the stated goal and it would be wonderful to see this through.

In Agenda Item 1,1 urge you to request PWP to seek systemic solutions to reduce future utility debts by ensuring that the ongoing Cost of Service Study produces rate structures that make equity and conservation a priority.

Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Denise Robb
