Dear Mayor and City Council members,
I am writing in support of providing short-term loan of $3,250,000 from the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena Regional Housing Trust Fund to Heritage Housing Partners (HHP) for an affordable homeownership project at 1878 E. Walnut. HHP has an excellent track record of providing much needed affordable homeownership in our city. Their recent project on Lincoln has provided many of its homeownership units for many people, which we at MHCH totally support. HPP deserves our city's support for its fine work.
