RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITT COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF PASADENA APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 082787 FOR THE CREATION OF SIX AIR PARCELS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES AT 65 NORTH WILSON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Hearing Officer of the City of Pasadena approved the Tentative Tract Map No. 082787 on December 18, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City has determined that the developer of said tract map has complied with all conditions of approval and other standards and requirements imposed by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE THE CITf COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Final Tract Map No. 082787, for the creation of six residential air parcels for condominium purposes at 65 North Wilson Avenue, presented herewith, is approved.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate on the map showing the City's approval of said map.
