I am Edgar Davtyan, representing D.Law, formerly Davtyan Law Firm.

I am writing to express our support for the Fuller Seminary Amended Master Plan. We recently purchased the property at ......and we are pleased to join the neighborhood. With a significant investment in our new site, we are also invested in the future of the neighborhood and Pasadena at large.

The amended Fuller Master Plan creates opportunities for the neighborhood to evolve into a more vibrant community with the addition of new housing and businesses. The plan will gradually release properties over time, allowing for strategic growth aligned with city plans and policies. At the same time, Fuller's core campus will remain a vital part of the neighborhood incorporating student housing, quiet green space, and beautiful historic buildings.

The answer is clear - approving the plan will support neighborhood improvement, achieve housing and economic goals, and strengthen an important local institution. We encourage you to vote in favor of the plan.

Thank you.

Dear Mayor Gordo and City Councilmembers,
Playhouse Village supports the proposed revisions to the Fuller Seminary Master Plan as outlined in the staff report.

Importantly, these changes will:

Ensure the long-term viability of Fuller as a significant institution in Pasadena; Retain and preserve the treasured core campus properties, open space and housing; Release many unneeded properties from the Master Plan; and Allow for incremental new development consistent with the General Plan and CDSP, helping revitalize the northwestern portion of Playhouse Village
We are encouraged by the opportunities for the future and hope you will support Fuller's efforts.

Kind regards,
Brian Wallace
