SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
CITY OF PASADENA
AND
LOCAL 18
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS
This Side Letter of Agreement ("Agreement") between the City of Pasadena ("City") and Local 18, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, ("IBEW) (collectively "Parties") is entered into with respect to the following:
WHEREAS, the Parties are parties to an MOU with a term of July 1, 2022 through June 30,2026;and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend their MOU to provide for a one year pilot program of twelve (12) hour shifts for Senior Power Dispatchers and Power Dispatchers; WHEREAS, the Parties acknowledge that several provisions of their MOD need to be modified as a result of the pilot program; and
WHEREAS, the following sets forth the Parties' Agreement
1. The Parties agree to the changes in the track-changed MOD attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. These changes are noted in Section 2, Work Week/Schedule, B (2 & 3), Hours of Work, C (2, 3 & 4) Overtime D (2), and E (4), Section 3 Holidays C (3) and Rest/Lunch Periods (B).
