I encourage the EDTech Committee members to p/earse vote ("n/avor of approving the Revised ADD Fees Schedule to be presented at today's meeting.
I have had the opportunity to review the revised Fees Schedule that will be presented to the Committee today. They look great! I applaud the City's Planning and Permit Department for the diligence and hard work required to produced the proposed reduced ADU Fees Schedule.
My own ADD project's blueprints are currently being prepared for submission to the Planning Department as soon as the new Fees are finalized by the City.
Please approve the new ADD Fees Schedule and advance this matter to the City Council.
