As a longtime Pasadena resident and environmental advocate, I strongly recommend that Pasadena not delay the critical transition to 100% clean energy by 2030. This is a realizable goal. And residential rooftop solar is an important component of the plan. Please offer incentives for homeowners. Our futures depend on remediating the harm fossil fuels have done while sustaining our standard of living.
