Stantec Consulting Services INC.CentralSquare Technologies-112 Why isn't TMG's TPA form filled out? It only lists that it is a RIA company, but did not provide RIA company information. TMG and RIA merged in 2023.1 So where is TMG/RIA headquartered now, who is their leadership and who owns this company?

It gets even better (all placeholder content)! It is concerning to see even the simplest of forms not filled out correctly and a website with placeholder content that doesn't disclose its location or leadership.
Is the City really entrusting this company with our information? Please do not approve these contracts.
