RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 082169 FOR THE CREATION OF 49 AIR PARCELS
FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES AND ONE AIR PARCEL FOR COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES AT 127-141 NORTH MADISON AVENUE WHEREAS, the Subdivision Hearing Officer of the City of Pasadena approved the Tentative Tract Map No. 082169 on March 3, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Subdivision Contract and accepted security to ensure conditions of the Tentative Tract Map No. 082169 are performed after Final Map approval; and
WHEREAS, besides the improvements secured by the Subdivision Contract and security, the Department of Public Works of the City has determined that the developer of said tract map has complied with all conditions of approval and other standards and requirements imposed by the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Subdivision Contract with 127 Madison, LLC is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
2. A letter of credit in the amount of $44,556.00 as a security guarantee for completion of all public improvements work is approved and accepted.
3. That Final Tract Map No. 082169, for the creation of six residential air parcels for condominium purposes at 127-141 North Madison Avenue, presented herewith, is approved.
4. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate on the map showing the City's approval of said map.
