Good morning, my name is Heidi Higgins, our house was completely destroyed in the Eaton Fire on January 8th, . I am requesting the city to wave or reduce the permit fees for rebuilding and are hoping that you would expedite the permitting process so we can get back to our lives. Many of us on our block are running out of time as our insurance companies only cover housing rental fees for 24 months.
