We know. We know public outreach, public safety and public training is a low priority for you.
We know complying with AB 2140 is a low priority for you.
We know public input is a low priority for you.
I asked for hazard mitigation plan records months ago (February 25, 2025 Public Records Request #0035458) and General Plan and Safety Element (February 26, 2025 Public Records Request #0035475) which you have not provided. You don't want the public informed about your hazard mitigation "plan" and you don't want the public to provide informed input. We got it.
It is blatantly obvious that this is a half-attempt to check the boxes for regulatory compliance only.
