12, What do you see as the objectives aiid. goals of ttie Community Police Ovei-sight Commission;? I believe the Community Police Oversight Commission exists to strengthen tmst between the community and the Pasadena Police Department. Its main goals are transparency, accountabdity, and fairness in policing. The Commission listens to the concerns of residents—especially those from underserved groups like seniors—and uses that feedback to review policies, incidents, and recommend improvements. It's not about being anti-police or overly critical—it's about making sure <^( lli^klt*^ i'St^^P^tt't I tA (>^*«^<^i <-^^»* <^t*r^w^»y^«^^^ »*r',<TkKn ^(^.A^S Mtf^wc^iMHu^ii tWtttft f fc *^«itl« *rf^.»*» <t(A,^E ^**^.l^f^I^r<t )rs,^t^K*\lii^fWt <4t^*«<iM** f ^^*iik^t

13. Mow woiild you help achieve these objectives and goals? Because I've spent my career in public safety, I understand the challenges first responders face—but I've also dedicated my time to advocating for seniors and underseri/ed communities. I know how to listen, build tru^and speak up when It matters. That balance is what I'd bring to the Commissis
