RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA
ELIMINATING HOLIDAY PAY AND REVISING THE SALARIES FOR THE
DEPUTY POLICE CHIEF, DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF, AND POLICE
COMMANDER CLASSIFICATIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That compensation previously reported to CalPERS as "Holiday Pay" is eliminated for the Deputy Police Chief classification effective May 24, 2021.
SECTION 2. That compensation previously reported to CalPERS as "Holiday Pay" is eliminated for the Deputy Fire Chief and Police Commander classifications effective July 15,2024.
SECTION 3. That the following revised salary control rates are established for the Deputy Police Chief classification effective May 24, 2021, March 14, 2022, August 29,2022,June 19,2023, February 12, 2024, July 15, 2024, September 9, 2024, July 14,2025,and July 13,2026:
