LOT 6 OF TRACT NO. 14878, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 405, PAGES 49 AND 50 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF COUNTy RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED EASEMENT SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN
THE NORTHERLY TWENTY (20.0) FEET OF THE EASTERLY FIVE (5.0) FEET OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY. A DEPICTION OF THE EASEMENT LOCATION TO BE ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" AND MADE A PART HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE.

Grantor(s) shall not erect or construct any building or other structure (eg. fence, wall, etc.) or drill or operate any well within said easement.
Grantee(s) shall be responsible for damage caused intentionally or by any negligent act or omission of Grantee(s), its agents or employees while exercising the rights granted herein.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and bind the successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
