A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENAREVISING NON-REPRESENTED MANAGEMENT SALARYSCHEDULES TO REFLECT THE REVISED SALARY RATES FOR THEDEPUTY POLICE CHIEF, DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF, AND POLICE
COMMANDER CLASSIFICATIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That on July 21, 2025, Council approved Resolution 10146, eliminating compensation previously reportied to CalPERS as "Holiday Pay for the Deputy Police Chief classification effective May 24,2021.
SECTION 2. That on July 21, 2025, Council approved Resolution 10146, eliminating compensation previously reported to CalPERS as "Holiday Pay" is eliminated for the Deputy Fire Chief and Police Commander classifications effective July 15,2024.
SECTION 3. That on July 21, 2025, Council approved Resolution 10146 revising the salary control rates for the Deputy Police Chief classification effective May 24, 2021, March 14, 2022, August 29, 2022, June 19, 2023, February 12, 2024, July 15, 2024, September 9, 2024, July 14, 2025, and July 13, 2026.
SECTION 4. That on July 21, 2025, Council approved Resolution 10146 revising the salary control rates for the Deputy Fire Chief and Police Commander classifications effective July 15, 2024, September 9, 2024, July 14, 2025, and July 13, 2026.
SECTION 5. That Council approves the attached revised Non-Represented Management salary schedules dated May 24, 2021, March 14, 2022, August 29, 2022, June 19, 2023, February 12, 2024, July 15, 2024, September 9,2024,July 14, 2025, and July 13, 2026 to implement the previously adopted Resolution 10146. ///
