Dear Members of the NW Commission, Commission Staff, and Counciknember Hampton, I am writing to formally resign from my posidon as Chair of the Northwest Commission, effecdve December 9, 2025. This was a difficult decision, but after careful consideration I recognize that the increasing demands of my graduate studies, work responsibilities, and personal commitments will significandy limit the time and attention required to fuUy parddpate in the Commission's work.
It has been an honor to serve the residents of Northwest Pasadena and to support the City's efforts to strengthen equity, community well-being, and neighborhood vitality. I am grateful for the opportunity Councilmember Hampton provided in nominadng me, and I appreciate the trust placed in me to lead as Chair.
Working alongside feUow commissioners, community members, and City staff has been meaningful, and I am proud of what we achieved together. I remain committed to the success of Northwest Pasadena and wiU support the City's efforts in any way I can outside of this role. I am also happy to assist with a smooth transition during this period.
