Hello Cuty of Pasadena Councilmembers:
I wish to voice my support of the Optimized strategic Plan with the following comments:
1. Please ensure that the goal of Resolution 9977 for 100# carbon free energy by 2030 on hourly matching basis is clearly stated.
2. Residential solar is permitted to 200%.
3. The timeline for solar power growth is not as heavily backloaded, but implemented at a higher rate in 2026 and 2027.
