A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 084019 FOR THE CREATION OF 60 AIR PARCELS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES AT 1880 EAST
WALNUT STREET
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Hearing Officer of the City of Pasadena approved the Tentative Tract Map No. 084064 for the creation of 60 air parcels for residential condominium purposes at 1880 East Walnut Street on May 21, 2025; and WHEREAS, the developer and subdivider of said tract map have prepared and submitted a final map to the City of Pasadena for approval.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City has determined that the developer of said tract map has complied with all conditions of approval and other standards and requirements imposed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS :
1. That Final Tract Map No. 084019 , for the creation of 60 residential air parcels for condominium purposes at 1880 East Walnut Street, presented herewith, is approved.
2. The offer of easement for public sidewalk purposes as shown on said map and II I

3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate on the map showing the City's approval of said map.
