“The City of Pasadena is aware of the petitions that were filed by Mr.
Truitt and the Maryland Homeowners Association. The City refutes the allegations and will vigorously defend the lawsuits, including the allegations against councilmembers. We are unable to comment further at this time as this involves pending litigation.”
