FROM: 4-F'Brenda Harvey-Williams, Assistant City Manager SUBJECT: TAG Support for the Reconnecting Pasadena 710 Vision Plan The Reconnecting Pasadena 710 Vision Plan was presented to the Transportation Advisory Commission (TAC) SR 710 Northern Stub (SR 710) ad- hoc subcommittee on March 16, 2026, and to the full TAG on March 27, 2026.
The 710 Vision Plan received unanimous support from TAC as detailed in the action below:
The Transportation Advisory Commission supports the 710 Vision Plan, with the following recommendations:
That the 710 Working Group's recommendations be given great weight, and its members' voices-as the representatives of the community-continue to be heard at every phase of the
implementation.
TAG is particularly supportive of the Vision Plan's efforts to develop the 710 stub area with a focus on human-scale design with public/green spaces and pedestrian-friendly access.
Th at the Department of Transportation con tinueto collaborate with Caltrans to study traffic volumes and how traffic impacts can be managed to achievethegoalsof the Vision Plan.
