RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 082331 FOR THE CREATION OF NINE AIR PARCELS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES AT 176 NORTH
CATALINA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Hearing Officer of the City of Pasadena approved the Tentative Tract Map No. 082331 on June 19, 2019; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has prepared and submitted a final map to the City of Pasadena for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City has determined that the developer of said tract map has complied with all conditions of approval and other standards and requirements imposed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Final Tract Map No. 082331, for the creation of nine residential air parcels for condominium purposes at 176 North Catalina Avenue, presented herewith, is approved.

2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate on the map showing the City's approval of said map.
