SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Gordo called the special meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. (Absent: Councilmember Jones and Vice Mayor Rivas)
Councilmember Hampton reported that he is participating remotely under the Government Code Section 54953.8.3 "just cause" provision on the basis of a contagious illness and stated that no one over the age of 18 is in the room with him.
