Chair Gordo called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors to order at 6:27 p.m.
Member Lyon reported that he is participating remotely under the Government Code Section 54953.8.3 "just cause" provision on the basis of a contagious illness and stated that no one over the age of 18 is in the room with him.
