RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 083167 FOR THE CREATION OF
EIGHT AIR PARCELS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES
AT 673 AND 685 EAST CALIFORNIA BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Hearing Officer of the City of Pasadena approved the Tentative Tract Map No. 083167 on April 21, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City has determined that the developer of said tract map has complied with all conditions of approval and other standards and requirements imposed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Final Tract Map No. 083167, for the creation of eight residential air parcels for condominium purposes at 673 and 685 East California Boulevard, presented herewith, is approved.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate on the map showing the City's approval of said map.
