Councilmember Cole noted that Pasadena Water and Power is ahead of other public and private utilities in providing customers with 100% renewable energy. He asked staff to provide additional information on solar programs that apply to condominiums and apartments; and information clarifying the relationship between rising energy costs and energy transition.
