SUBJECT: September 15, 2026, City Council Agenda Report Modification to Item 4 This memorandum provides information regarding agenda item #4 on the September 15,2026 City Council meeting agenda.
The second paragraph on page 4 of the agenda report was modified to reflect that "It is recommended that the City enter into three separate on-call contracts with BKF Engineers; Psomas; and Tetra Tech, Inc. Each contract will be established with a not-to- exceed amount of $1,000,000 over a five-year term commencing the date that each contract is fully executed."
This revision aligns with the second recommendation to the City Council in the aforementioned agenda report.
